The Fivestar web-concierge
We have developed the web-concierge to make your home even more attractive and your life even more comfortable. Purchasers of our German flats receive an iPad for comfortable use of a concierge service via Internet. Order laundry service or cleaning staff for your flat, have your shopping done for you or a table reserved at your favourite restaurant by iPad or iPhone. Service staff will take care of your flat when you are not at home. The concierge you trust can be reached at any time through our service partner.
All flats and townhouses of the LEIBL 22 project by THAMM & Partner have a comfort panel that controls the entire technology in the residential units via the integrated BUS system. It offers perfect comfort with building control, burglary-protection, information and entertainment to make your life easier and safer, setting a standard for the present and the future alike. An iPad is included in the purchase of the flat. Among others, it can be used to remote-control the comfort panel, and through it the shutters, lights, heating and TV. Everything that does not need to remain online will be switched off automatically by the push of a button when you leave your flat. Additionally, every underground parking place has its own electrical charging point for electrical cars and bicycles.
The LEIBL22 pilot project developed by THAMM & PARTNER and many partners has already become a standard for future residences. Preparations for the Home Care service package ensure comfort in any situation in life. In future, you will be able to call in support if needed and use technical components like visual doorbell indicators, movement sensors that inform about the residents‘ situation and easy-to-operate iPads with emergency call and memory function. The service centre acts as an interface for many services. It provides help in the household, calls doctors and nursing staff at need and reacts if the activity monitor triggers an alarm.
